If for any reason you need to return an item, do not send it FedEx, send it via U.S. Postal Service, Registered Insured Return Receipt Requested. You must have a return authorization code from our customer service department. Please refer to our Return Policy below for complete instructions.
Solomon Brothers stands behind their merchandise 100%. Although highly unlikely, if you are not happy with your selection, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. All sales are final on any custom made or special order items. No return or exchange can be offered on these type of items.
In order for us to process your return accurately and efficiently, we ask that you include with your merchandise a completed return form. Be sure to include all gem reports, appraisals and other paperwork sent to you with the item. All items returned must be in the same condition that they were shipped, undamaged and unused. We are not able to accept any jewelry items for return that do not have the original tags attached (have not been removed at any time). Call our customer service department at 800.781.8883, and ask for a return authorization code. Clearly print the code on the outside of the package. We are unable to process returns without the return authorization code. Do not mark on the package any such words as diamond, jewelry, or other words that would entice theft.

All returned items are inspected by a private third party appraiser to ensure that they are received in satisfactory condition with all paperwork. They are then forwarded to our offices where we rapidly process the return and issue a refund in the same form that the merchandise was purchased.

Shipping to Alternate Address
Each Solomon Brothers shipment is fully insured and will require a signature upon delivery. Since a signature will be required, orders may be delivered to your place of work, or another more convenient destination. In order to further protect our clients against fraud, these alternative addresses will be confirmed with your credit card or financing company. To help expedite your order, simply call your issuing bank and provide them with your alternate shipping address.
The insurance Solomon Brothers carries on all of our shipments prevents us from shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please include a street address for delivery.
Shipping to APO & FPO addresses
Because APO & FPO orders must be processed through the military postal service, it may take your package a bit more time to arrive. Solomon Brothers ships all APO & FPO orders via USPS Priority Mail. We cannot provide a tracking number or specific delivery date.
Signature Requirements for Delivery
If your order is over $250 we require a signature for delivery. Waivers you have with FedEx will not affect this signature requirement. If your delivery is under $250 and shipped FedEx 2Day or FedEx Priority Overnight, FedEx may require a signature. These requirements are for your protection.
